HRERA-PKL-FBD-793-2025. The channel partner holds HRERA reg. no. HRERA-PKL-REA-3126-2024, valid till 21.10.2029.

All content on this Website — including project descriptions, pricing, payment plans, dimensions, master and floor plans, brand visuals and pre-launch incentives — is sourced from the developer's official project brochure and is provided for information purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer for sale or an advertisement for sale within the meaning of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

3. Indicative artwork

All renderings, layouts and photographs shown on this Website are indicative artistic impressionsonly and are not representations of the final product. Final dimensions, façades, finishes and amenities will be as per the developer's sanctioned plans and the buyer's agreement.

4. Pricing & payment plans

The pricing reproduced on this Website (including the indicative ₹28,000/sq.ft. net basic sale price for a 300 sq.ft. anchor unit, the Assured Return Scheme totalling ₹84,00,000, and the NPV-discounted plan totalling ₹71,29,500) is reproduced from the developer's brochure for indicative reference only. PLC and other charges apply as per the developer. All schemes, discounts and prices are subject to revision or withdrawal at the sole discretion of the developerwithout prior notice. Final pricing, GST, registration, statutory charges and contractual terms will be confirmed in the buyer's agreement at the time of booking.
