What payment plans are available?

Two structures are offered as per the official brochure: Option A is an Assured Return Scheme with a staggered 5×25% payment milestones leading to a net payable of ₹84,00,000. Option B is an NPV (Net Present Value) Scheme that applies an upfront NPV discount of 32.5% on the 90-day instalment and 28% on the 180-day instalment, taking the net payable down to ₹71,29,500. Both schemes are subject to the developer’s prevailing terms and conditions at booking.
